About Chris

Chris McIntyre is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), leadership strategist, and productivity expert who has trained over 300,000 professionals worldwide.

He is the founder of Roadmap to Freedom, a San Diego-based leadership development firm helping leaders and teams drive accountability, clarity, and peak performance. Chris has delivered over 2,000 keynotes and workshops across all 50 U.S. states and internationally across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

His clients include Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies, business owners, and non-profit organizations such as Google, NASA, Comcast, Monster.com, the United Nations, NCAA, Lucasfilm, Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

Chris holds a BA in Business from Penn State, dual MAs in Human Resource Management and Development, and certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Critical Thinking, and Advanced AI Prompting. A former U.S. Air Force Captain, he led strategic planning for one of the Air Force’s busiest F-16 Fighter Wing’s during 9/11.

Chris McIntyre is known internationally as a peak-performance expert. He graduated from Penn State with a BA in Business and also holds dual MA’s in HR Management and Development. As a Captain, he led strategic planning efforts for the Air Force’s busiest F-16 Fighter Wing during 9/11. He started his San Diego based speaking business in 2005.

He’s worked with the best leaders globally from Fortune 100 organizations on Wall Street to the United Nations, and from the NCAA and Lucas Films, to top CEO groups like Young President’s (YPO) and Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
